Wire Peak

The Wire Peak was built for performance and handling first, and pedal assist second.
A world-class mountain bike that happens to have power handling.
We designed the motor system around a top performing bike. That means it first has to have the right geometry (short chainstays, slack head angle, steep seat tube, 27.5+ and 29 wheel compatibility) to make it a world-class bike with the added benefit of pedal-assist.
140mm rear
160mm Front
Lightweight Aluminum Frame
The Wire Peak's aluminum frame is both impact-resistant and comes with a lifetime warranty, ensuring its longevity. Its lightweight design, using high-end 6061 aluminum, provides a comfortable ride quality. Additionally, the hydroform and airform tubing, combined with single-pass welding, gives the Wire Peak a clean, sophisticated appearance.
Performance Trail Bike
Explore new trails with confidence. The 140mm Tetra-Link suspension soaks up small bump chatter with a bottomless feel on rocky descents, and an efficient pedal platform for responsive climbing. Forward-thinking geometry makes the Wire Peak lively in corners, light for manuals and jumps, and inspires confidence downhill.
Climb Steeper, Pedal Faster, Go Farther
The Wire Peak gives you the pedaling platform and power to confidently go where you’ve never been before. Our refined TetraLink™ design caters to the demands of pedal-assist riding. And the steep seat tube angle provides efficient pedaling while maintaining a supple ride.
Shimano EP8 Motor Guide | Everything You Need To Know
Perfectly balanced functionality and aesthetics make it a world-class enduro bike. Go ahead, take it for a spin.
Build YoursRange & Modes
Longer Rides = More Fun. With our custom 504 Wh battery you can go farther with a range of up to 60 miles. 3 power levels - Eco, Trail, and Boost - allow you to choose the optimal power output during your ride. Choose your own adventure and get the perfect assist level for your workout.
Size Specific Geo
The Wire Peak geometry is not built around one size and then shrunk or enlarged for each size like most bikes on the market. Instead, each actual angle is adjusted on each frame size to give the same effective angle. Why does that matter? Whether 5’0 or 6’5”, each rider gets the same high-quality ride experience. No compromises.

Mullet Capable
Wire Peak comes stock with 29er wheels. The GA link offers two positions of geometry adjustment, giving you the choice of a mullet setup.
The Wire Peak allows for effortless ascending and confidence inspiring descents - even on the gnarliest trails.
Direct to Rider
We sell directly to you, the rider. This gives you unique advantages like getting your Wire Peak custom fit to your body measurements, big savings on cost, and direct communication with us.

Quality That Matters
We tested the Wire Peak 130% above industry standards. We want you to ride with the peace of mind knowing that this bike performs at an elite level, always.
"The Fezzari Wire Peak is a very good value, it looks cool and comes with a really competitive spec. We're confident that this ebike will satisfy a lot of riders out there."

"The Fezzari Wire Peak is a solid bike and I mean really solid. When you pick it up it feels like it was carved out of a solid block of steel. But when you ride it the weight disappears and it is way more nimble than a bike of its weight and length should be."

Materials
By using the highest quality materials and newest technologies, we guarantee you’ll have the best riding experience.
Less waste and lighter frames though better technology.
We changed the carbon layup process. In traditional carbon layup processes, sheets of carbon are wrapped around air bladders with an object inside to help keep the form. After carbon is wrapped around the bladder, the object holding the shape is removed and the bladder and carbon fiber are placed in a mold, inflated, and cured. The problem? Carbon wrapping must be loose enough to remove the object before the curing process, which causes overlapping carbon fiber that weakens the frame, adds unnecessary weight, and creates possible air pocket voids that may cause frame failure. Our process is different. We eliminate overlapping fibers, air pocket voids, and tighten carbon wrapping. How do we do this? We use proprietary tooling designs, vacuum compacting, and a different type of internal mold to hold the carbon. The result: the frame is stronger, lighter, and manufacturing consistencies are dramatically increased. This is why we can back all our carbon frames with a lifetime warranty.
Stiffness and Strength
We use carbon fiber on frames, seat posts, forks, and other components. Carbon fiber is very light and can be made stiff or flexible. The term commonly used to describe stiffness is ''modulus''. Generally speaking, we want frames to be laterally stiff for efficient power transfer and vertically compliant for comfort and less fatigue when riding.
Design Process
All bikes are designed in-house in Lindon, UT and made with the utmost attention to detail.
Design to Reality.
From initial conception to delivery to an ecstatic customer, we put in countless hours and resources to develop the best possible bikes. Passion, persistence, and constant refinement are our maxim as we hone our craft and deliver exceptional riding experiences to everyone who has the opportunity to ride a Fezzari. When one project is completed, we begin anew, synthesizing our acquired knowledge to develop the next generation of bicycle evolution.
Data-Driven Design.
At Fezzari, we prioritize rider fit and comfort in the design process of our bikes. To ensure that our bikes meet the needs of a diverse range of riders, we incorporate decades of real-world rider fit data into our design process. This data is collected through various means, including fitting sessions with professional bike fitters, feedback from riders, and ergonomic testing.
