Warranty

A warranty that lasts a lifetime.

At Ari Bicycles, we believe that riding a bike should be an enjoyable and worry-free experience. That's why we offer the best lifetime warranty in the industry. We want to make sure you can enjoy your ride with total peace of mind knowing that your bicycle is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. We have carefully designed our Lifetime Warranty to be comprehensive, so that no matter what happens to your bike, we will offer multiple options to get you back out riding. Our warranty covers any and all defects in materials or workmanship of the frame.

Pass it on.

Ari branded frames come with a transferable frame warranty available to the second owner. The second owner can receive a one-year frame warranty from the date they purchase the bike from the original owner. Warranty only transfers once. All Ari bikes must have the transfer documented from the original owner to the new owner in order to qualify for a transferable warranty. Click here to document a transfer.

Crash your bike? 😓

We know accidents happen that may not be covered under warranty. In the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation, Ari may offer, at its discretion, replacement parts at discounted pricing. In the event of an accident, please contact an Ari Bicycles Representative at 888-572-1516 to see what we can do to get you back on the trails and roads as fast as possible! Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Ari. Ari is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses.

Limitations
Paint finish, original components, and all Ari brand repair parts, replacement parts, and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Bearings, bushings, and other frame hardware are wearable parts and have a one year warranty. Normal wear and tear, claimed defects, and malfunctions or failures that results from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse are excluded. For optimal performance, rider weight is recommended not to exceed 280 lbs for suspension bikes, and 300 lbs for non-suspension bikes. Rider weights that exceed the recommended limit may void the warranty on the frame and/or components. The owner is responsible for all labor charges. Carbon mountain frames purchased prior to August 28, 2017 are covered by a five year warranty. Shipping, expedited shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
